King Prawns

Description

The imperial prawns are raised in our Claires because they live in perfect harmony with the oysters.

Our Gambas find their food naturally in our Claires, rich in planktons and other small organisms (no external food).
The breeding is practiced in an extensive way, that is to say that we put only 4 to 6 prawns per square meter.

Production is seasonal, linked to weather conditions, our prawns are generally available from August 15th to November 15th each year.
Prawns are shipped alive in boxes of 1 or 2 kg.
