Our king prawns are raised in complementarity and in perfect harmony with the oysters in the Claires.During summer when our Claires, former salt marshes connected with the sea, reaches a temperature of 15°C minimum we introduce the king prawn larva.

By scrubing the mud to find worms, their natural feed, the king prawns muddies the water and boost the photosynthesis creating phytoplankton which feed the oysters.King prawns help caring the Claires preventing the algae bloom.

Our king prawns are raised under extensive holding with only 2 king prawns per square metre.
